This panel features the character/s of 
I apologize for the late upload, some imbecilic group of protest marchers sabotaged the city's main power generator, and a peace-keeping force has just recently managed to get the power re-connected.
The Pacific Region's most well-known restaurant is an establishment called Charlie's Place. It was set up in the early 1950's by Vietnamese immigrant Chac Van-Nguyen, better known to the locals as Charlie. Constance works as a waitress there, and despite her benefiting from Lyttelton's government grants due to being a member of the Anthro Gang and not necessarily needing any extra money, she just does it for fun, and accepts payment from Charlie as gratitude. This scene takes place on a typical morning at Charlie's Place.... until....
"Hey, here comes the Bieber Crew!" exclaimed Ponui Jackson, an Anthro Gang member and one of the morning customers. The entire restaurant turned to face the entrance as the Backstage Boys, an idiotic group of Justin Bieber wannabes, entered the restaurant.
"Wow, what a shindig!" Exclaimed Nick Neal, the leader of the Backstage Boys. "Who runs the show around here!?"
"I do!" Shouted Charlie from behind the Manager's Counter. "This is my joint!"
Nick turned his attention to Charlie.
"Oh, so the gook runs the show!?" Chuckled Nick and his gang.
Charlie gave them a dirty look.
"I'll take that as an insult!" He snapped back.
"Hey look, there's another gook sitting in the back booth!" Chuckled Billy Parker, pointing towards Ngoc.
"Excuse me!?" Protested Ngoc.
Nick then turned his attention to Constance Porter, who was standing at the Orders Collection Booth.
"Hey, foxy mama over there in the corner!" Chuckled Nick.
Constance started to feel a bit uneasy.
Nick began to chat her up.
"Hey babe!? How do you get your hair in such a pretty style!?"
"Don't touch me!" Protested Constance, shoving Nick's hand away as he tried to reach for her hair.
"What's the matter Chickaboo!?" Nick continued. "Don't know a handsome boy when you see one!?"
"Stay away from me, punk!" Protested Constance.
"HEY! You stay away from that girl!" Shouted a familiar voice.
The Backstage Boys froze in fear, and slowly turned to face the entrance where their biggest fears had been realized.... standing in the doorway was Tiny Tim, complete with leg extensions and a group of Gremlins to back him up.
T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-Tiny Tim!!!!!!!!!" Nick grumbled in fear at the sight of Tiny Tim standing in the doorway.
Tiny Tim gave him a dirty look.
"Cavalli, Halswell, Fuller, Sassafrass, Calcasieu, Volusia, execute Maneuver 518!" Ordered Tiny Tim.
The Gremlins, in a strategic Stacked Position subdued Billy and Barry.
"Axl, grab Jimmy!" Ordered Tiny Tim. "I'll grab Nick!"
Axl grabbed Jimmy Ward while Tiny Tim grabbed hold of Nick, grabbing him by the right arm and then drew a gun in his face.
"We don't like your kind around here, punk!" Growled Tiny Tim.
"Now listen to me; I want you and the rest of the Bieber Crew out of this country by sundown! If you don't listen to me, you'll find yourselves at the bottom of "Ion-Bottom" Sound (Radioactive Bay - See here for a full description. the-kiwi-gremlin.deviantart.co…), and then you will realize just how much we don't like you, and just how much of a pest I really am!"
The Backstage Boys knew what was coming next.
"Axl, Cavalli, Halswell, Fuller, Sassafras, Calcasieu, Volusia, throw them out!" Ordered Tiny Tim.
Axl and the Gremlins tossed the three Backstage Boys out of Charlie's Place bouncer-style.
Tiny Tim dragged Nick to the entrance.
"Since you're leader," Began Tiny Tim. "I'm gonna give you the "special treatment": The Leadfoot Exit Strategy!" (Referring to his steel leg extensions.).
Nick was puzzled by this remark.
"What the heck does...." But before he could finish his sentence, Tiny Tim had kicked him out of the doorway so hard, that he landed 4 blocks away in the dumpster of an engineering workshop.
"That's what I call taking out the trash!" Snickered Tiny Tim.
The entire restaurant burst out laughing.
The Backstage Boys walked off in disgust.
"Yeah, walk away you coward!" Tiny Tim shouted to Nick. "You're right colour for a coward too!" He shouted to Nick, referring to the color of his fur.
The entire restaurant started laughing.
Tiny Tim walked over to Constance.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, I'm alright." She replied.
"Don't worry Constance, we won't see those clowns again." He reassured her.
"Hey Charlie, you ought to hire a professional bouncer!" He shouted to Charlie.
"I'll get right on that!" Charlie agreed.
